The Arni Karlsson trio dates from 1996 when Arni teamed up with Tomas R. Einarsson and Matthias Hemstock and played on a regular basis in Reykjavik and surrounding areas until the year 2001 when Arni went to USA for further studies. Now the trio is united again with a new bassist, Gunnar Hrafnsson, and the first CD, Mæri / Boundaries, is released in August 2009.
